The inviting warmth of our Clubhouse is waiting to host whatever event you may have in mind. We have rooms perfect for business meetings of only a few people to larger gatherings of up to 250. We are dedicated to working with your preferences and your budget as our ultimate goals are to bring your vision to life and to create lasting memories for you and your guests
THE BOARD ROOM
A sophisticated space ideal for a business meeting or an intimate social gathering. This room will accommodate up to 20 people at a board-style table or 40 people at round dining tables. A round foyer just outside of the room provides a lovely greeting space.
THE BANQUET ROOM
Our Banquet Room boasts floor to ceiling windows all along the western wall and shows off impressive views of our professionally attended gardens and the South Lawn overlooking the 18th green of the golf course. This space is enhanced by a natural stone fireplace. On its own, the Banquet Room is spacious enough to host 120 or more guests and has the option of expanding its capacity by joining with our Dining Room and Bar Room to host 250 guests or more.
THE DINING ROOM
The Dining Room exudes both comfort and elegance. The raised ceiling maximizes the views through the western windows which showcase breathtaking sunsets. Opposite the panoramic views of nature is the grounding influence of an impressive natural stone fireplace. Seasonally, the scent and crackle of a real fire provide your guests with the warmth of tradition. As its own space, the Dining Room is able to accommodate 90 or more people. As the keystone room, when joined with the Banquet Room and the Bar Room, it is capable of entertaining 250 or more guests.
THE BAR ROOM
The Bar Room has a special comfort and character all of its own and has the ability to draw people in and make them at home. As with the Banquet Room and the Dining Room, the Bar Room features open views of the golf course and has the additional enhancement of a seasonal wrap-around outdoor patio. This room is able to seat around 120 people and has its own natural fireplace and a full built-in bar. The Bar Room is not typically reserved on its own but is most often utilized in conjunction with the Dining Room and the Banquet Room as a pre-function and social space for larger events. It is also an ideal area from which to showcase musicians or DJs and dance the night away.
THE MEN’S LOUNGE
This coveted space is only available for private events once the golf course is closed for the season. Its wood and plaid décor make it a quaint and cozy spot for up to 40 people that has its own fireplace and private bar. It is in high demand for the winter holiday season both for daytime and evening functions.
THE LADIES’ LOUNGE
The Ladies’ Lounge is a light and airy space that frames the ever changing colors of the flower beds just beyond its wall of windows. This room provides just the right feel for wedding or baby showers as well as for intimate family gatherings or business dinners. It will accommodate a board-style table of up to 20 places or it can comfortably fit 32 or more guests at round dinner tables.
